Robert A Arruda

Robert Arruda is an Adjunct Professor at ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ University. I have been teaching at ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ since 1988. I hold a BS in Criminal Justice from ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ College in New York and an MS in Social Sciences, with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Long Island University in New York.  I worked in law enforcement for 33 years, which included 10 years as the Chief of Police.
